Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye has a symbol of a lion in his office. From time immemorial, the lion is regarded as the king of all beasts or king of the jungle. Not because of its size or height; but because of its ability to dominate its habitat. Traditionally, the lion symbolizes nobility, royalty, strength, courage and valor. And that is what Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye, who is perceived as a lion by friends and associates, stands for in the real estate industry.

Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye who has about two decades of sales and marketing, negotiation, public speaking, project management and development experience started his journey by hawking food stuff for his mother while in secondary school. For him, it was the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey.  

After graduating from secondary school, he picked up a job where he was earning seven thousand naira monthly, which was barely enough for his welfare. The monthly salary paved his way to bagging an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) certificate. Immediately he was done with his OND, he took up a job as a sales representatives at American International Insurance Company (AIICO) where he rose to become an Agency Manager. He would later resign to start his own business.

His decision to resign was perceived as foolishness by his colleagues who believed Dr. Oluwatosin was doing fantastically well in his career and was earning very good cheques. But Dr. Oluwatosin—who sees himself as a daring lion—wanted more out of life than selling insurance policy. He would later venture into real estate, despite being a novice in the industry, faced with several challenges, Dr. Oluwatosin built one of the most successful real estate businesses in Nigeria.
