Bolaji Okusaga attended Obafemi Awolowo University where he graduated as the best student in Dramatic Arts, winning the Wole Soyinka Prize and Professor Michael Crowder Award. His dream was to write poetry and plays. But he ended up in a bank, Marina International Bank, where he fiddled with boring numbers. Although he was doing well in the banking industry, he realized he wasn’t fulfilled. He wanted to be a major player in an industry that would challenge his creativity and give him an opportunity to be innovative. So, he left banking and took over as the Managing Director of Quadrant Company, a company that was struggling at that time. He would later drive growth, through innovation, turning Quadrant into one of Nigeria’s most sought after public relations firms, winning the prestigious Silver Award.
